Easily Rename your iPhone App Icons with Icon Renamer [Jailbreak Tweak]

Icon Renamer is a new Cydia tweak that allows you to easily rename your iPhone app icons directly from Springboard. The tweak developed by Cydia developer Ryan Petrich and it's totally free.

Once installed, simply tap and hold to enter jiggle mode, then tap the icon you want to rename as shown in the screenshot below. What I like in this tweak that it doesn't install a new app in your Springboard or place an icon in the settings app.
